«Read legally» - is the first Russian social campaign to promote reading of licensed e-books.«

Read legally» - common platform for all players of the book market, which brings together a large number of participants of the book industry. The main objective of the project "Read legally" is a dialogue with a reader. We understand that in addition to legal and security solutions to the problem of piracy, it is necessary to act in other direction, namely to address the readers and to bring them to the opinions of the authors.

The site of the project «Read legally» - is an educational program of readers on legal sources of e-books and pirate resources. The video www.piratstvu.net «The truth about piracy», is presented on the site www.piratstvu.net, from which users will know which risks they are exposed, downloading a file with unknown content on a questionable resource, the differences between pirate site and a store of legal content, as pirates become enriched by readers and authors.

The info graphics «How to publish a printed book» and «How to create and sell an e-book» clearly show all the steps that a book goes from the initial idea being born to the final location on the shelf, and indicate the number of employees who are involved in the workflow to create a book. For the first time from the info graphic «How the money is distributed from the sale of e-books» you will learn what includes the cost of each sold e-book. Also on the site of the project «Read legally» you can find a list of stores of legal content.
